Refund policy

As all items are made to order through our print partner, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. We will replace or refund any item that arrives  damaged.  Please contact us (hello@jewthreads.com) with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund.
