All JewThreads items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Free shipping is included on all US orders.

International Orders
We ship to Canada. International shipping rates are 
calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other 
fees imposed by the destination country are the sole 
responsibility of the customer. JewThreads has no 
control over these charges and cannot predict their 
amount. Please contact your local customs office for 
more information before placing your order.

Packages held or returned by customs due to unpaid 
duties are not eligible for a refund of the original 
shipping cost.

Delivery times vary by destination — typically 
10-20 business days for international orders after 
production.
