3. Pricing & Payment Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. Payment must be received prior to order fulfillment.

4. Returns & Refunds As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged. Please contact us at hello@jewthreads.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
